Have an audio system? Get in here! :)

I am having a tough time deciding on which audio system to get, I have narrowed it down to a few options:

    Audioformz Soundbar
    Audioformz Stereo Top
    ProBox Stereo Top
    Polaris Factory Radio kit

The price difference is not a major deciding factor for me I just want to make sure I get one that I will be happy with. I don't care to have super high volume sound I would just like something that is clear and easy to hear while riding around. Durability is a big plus as well as easy cleaning. I am a little concerned about the factory Polaris radio, does it sound ok, or should I do a custom setup like Tman? Lastly, for anyone with the Audioformz roof, was the 4 LED lights in the front enough or is it better to go with 8($150 difference).

    Thanks!

I've only had my Ranger now for about a month and I have to say that given the engine noise, installing a sound system almost seems like spitting into the wind. You would have to turn the volume up quite loud to hear full fidelity, right? I think if I wanted to listen to music, it would be cheaper and much more efficient to use headphones. Although, having a high-end audio background, I can see the attraction. When I drive mine, I wear ear protection so any audio system would be useless. All those years of audio have taken their toll on my hearing in the form of tinnitus. Might be good to keep this in mind as you go tooling down the road with the stereo blasting over the engine noise. Just sayin....

I'm pleased with the Infinity MPK-250, basically the Polaris unit but with better speakers and half the price. The amp I installed did make a pretty big difference though. Plenty loud, and descent enough quality sound.

I have the Audio forms roof i did nit order the lights in front because I felt they would be pointless because I have a 40" light bar. I have the rear light and it works great as a back up light. And bed light. If money is no problem get the roof. It's light weight and functional. Has led dome lights inside which are helpful. I got mine with all upgraded components radio, speaks and amp. It sounds great.

I installed one of these units from frogheadatv. After mounting you just take the power lead to a battery source and your done. Good reception, USB port and CD player. Dome light.

You are the first person ive have ever heard say that the cab in the Ranger 900 is loud or are you talking about the 800. My current ssv audio sound bar i normally keep on the lowest sound setting and hear just fine while slow cruising and maybe bump up a few notches if running on the roads

I just got my audioformz roof in today and looks very nice. should have it mounted sometime this weekend and can give you my opnion of sound and lights. I upgraded my interior speakers to the rockford fosgate ones too.

Slow roller did you have any engine noise from your radio/amp set up? I'm getting a little noise on mine.
