2016 Ranger 900 XP Velocity Blue Project (Mossman381)

Ok so I got a new 2016 Ranger 900 about a month ago. Just sold my 2003 Ranger 6x6 today. I figured it was time to start a new thread about the new 900. So here is the first video on the 900. I will be posting videos and pics in this thread as the project progresses. You can subscribe to my YouTube channel (Mossman381). I will try to keep this thread updated as soon as I can.

They detail them before they sell them. I think all they really need to do is wash them down. I know I laughed inside when I saw the tire shine.

After the radio I got a tip up windshield which I think it a must on any Ranger. Also going all glass is a good idea. Installed the 900 sliding glass rear window I had on my 6x6.

Can you ride with the windshield in the lower open setting ? I know with the half windshield the air comes over the hood, up the half windshield and right into your face. Looks like the lower tilt out setting and riding might be great in 90* heat. Of course the depth of everyones pockets are different. And the tilt windshield must be $700. bucks.
But I like it Randy. Dog loves it too.

You can ride with the windshield in any position. The tip up windshield is over $1000. When it's hot I run the window all the way up unless I have bugs hitting my face too much. Rusty loves the Ranger rides.

Ok so after my windshield and rear glass I installed my electric 3 point hitch. Here is the install and test.

Yes, they hold the shovel very good. I would highly recommend them.

A comparison video of the 2003 Polaris Ranger 500 with the new 2016 Polaris Ranger 900. Thought it would be interesting.
