my only complaints are hard to get back in latch system on hood rubber holders are very hard , and the seal area will push out when not folded down trailering.
Thanks for info...would you buy it again if you had to do over? What is reason to have it folded down versus up for trailering?

yes so far i would buy it again . I fold down the top portion when trailer because the wind will push the bottom of the top half inwards past the bottom half and probably not good . The windshield will flex in high wind from running 70mph on trailer .

I just watched the video of the windshield on the Polaris website. I think trail riding 10 mph would be fine but the angle of it when down looks like at 25 mph your gonna funnel every bug on the trail right into your(my) face. BUT would I buy one? I might. It would be handy if its really hot in the cab when crawling slow up a trail, lay it down and let the air in.

it does NOT seal good, and vibrates and shakes the whole time you are riding, trailering with it in, blows gasket out every time..

So that sounds like a big negative on the question "would you purchase if you had to do it over"... lol

I'm sure dealers must have this windshield on display in a machine in the showroom, ''sir I'd like to try out the 1000 Ranger out there with this new flip down windshield in it"...the lock and ride windshields I've bought fit tight and do not vibrate.

I just purchased one of these from Fix My Toys. Hopefully we'll be able to see how it holds up in a week or so.
