I got mine on this weekend as well. The fronts go on a little easier than the rear, just because there's more in the way in the rear. I put 28" Moto MTC's on 14" wheels on mine. First ride and I rubbed a little on a compressed turn. Might have to go with lifted forward a arms. The wheels and tires look killer though.

Looks good! You are saying you just installed MMA lift right? If so, you won't need lifted forward arms, just forward arms. Most of which are arched for high clearance. Lifted and arched are two totally different things.

The inner hole is on the inside of the frame, easier seen if you lift the bed.

post a pic, this will help to clear this up.
Didn't even go look yet, (Ranger is in a seperate garage and I think I might blow over if I walk outside right now) and I know you are right. I must have not noticed there even being a mounting position inside the frame. Mine are mounted outside the frame rail. So what should be normal mounting and cam adjustment from the factory/dealer?

Normal for the most part, Preload in the lowest setting and the upper shock mounts, mounted to the inside holes, both front and rear.

Where are the fronts mounted, inside or outside mounting position?

I think the fronts are in the inside spot. It took me a minute to even find the outside spot as it is a lot farther out from the out spot then I would have thought.

So just forward arms then add the MMA brackets to them? Which forward arms are recommended?

Nope, just me. But it was on a sharp turn at the bottom of a hill. I'll probably ride it and see how often it rubs, then eventually get the forward arms after winter.
