Charger main fuse blown

    Charger main fuse blown

    What will cause charger on 2010 ev to blow main fuse? It's the one inside the charger itself.

    that's a good one I rebuilt one once it did not work so I would not know but check all wiring sounds like transformer ? T&S I got a club car been sitting two years now

    the polaris wiring harness from the charger connections to the fuse consist of smaller gauge wires then the 10 gauge of the charger and the mini fuse is to small also. most people replace and by pass the fuse holder and add a 10 guage large spade fuse from a auto parts store
    This is the one i used and you will probably end up replacing the MPC as it also gets hot
    Cut the middle 2 red wires and splice in the inline fuse holder
