Make sure your ventlines are all extended as high asa your snorkels, seal up the back of speedometer, and die-electric grease every single electrical connection on your Ranger. And who says I don't make money? lol

All vent lines are done. I might do them a little higher cause I might raise my snorkels sometime. I used dielectric grease on every connector I found and did you just silicone the whole back of speedo? Haha I hope you are making money. Thanks for all the help I hope once my fuse box dries my check engine light goes away.

There is a small pinhole on the back of the speedo that needs silicone, just look at the whole assembly and seal up what ever opening you think water can get in.

Well I'm gonna try to run it in some dry areas today. A new cel number is 520209 5. I'm hoping me riding it today will dry some stuff out. Fingers crossed

Ran it for an hour and no change. Idles a little rough but feels normal riding it. I know it's gotta be something simple but can't find any thing.

That's still an O2 sensor code. Clean it up real good and take it in for warranty.

That's the problem they will probably want the snorkel off and I'd have to cut the snorkel pipe for the belt intake. It's pretty clean already will it hurt to ride it one ride with that code? I'll bring it in next week to see what they say. Worst case they void warranty oh well.

Which snorkel kit do you have? It takes only a couple of minute to switch mine out for stock. And do you have an aftermarket warranty or Polaris? If its aftermarket you can take it to a performance shop and they have a little flexibility working with the warranty.

I built my own so it's a one piece all glued. And I have the 6 month warranty from polaris. I looked and the o2 sensor is about 120 bucks not sure if I should just buy one.
