Is there a location for the 09 rally? If I'm able to attend I'll need lots of time to request off from work because the Army doesn't really like suprises! Thanks!

Oh yes lots of time left, I'm a big fan of planning and structure (damn military) so I was just wondering so I can plan thats all. I'm also bored in Iraq so I have nothing else to do but do research and ask questions haha.
