The one wire that is already there is switch on power or ACC ON, it should be 12V+ when the key is turned on
Very nice of Polaris to add this wire since it is easy to run battery + and - but harder to find a good acc on feed

So I can just tap into this power and just have to have the key on? That is what I'm understanding?

No. That power should only be used to run relay / contactors. It will not carry the load of lighting, radio equipment, winches, etc.

Again im sorry I feel really stupid about this as I am no good with electrical. However I did purchase a wiring harness for the light bar that has a relay and inline fuse. Will this still not work on the switched power?

Looks like you need this part from Polaris if your not to good with electrical. This would be the easiest way to power your bus bar. IMO

Talked to my local dealer's service department and he told me I could use that switched power, he said that's what it is for? Seems reasonable.

Yeah looks like no power there. I think they are using it as a ground for the head light. Ordered the wiring kit, I hope it comes with instructions.
