20" light bar installed. Was super easy using existing holes behind the bumper.

    Items used,

    6" by 1 1/2" black pipe, cut into two 1 7/8" pieces
3" by 36" 1/8" thick steel plate, cut to 20" length
    Two 2 1/2" by 3/8" stainless bolts
Two 3/4" by 3/8" stainless button head bolts
    Four stainless nylock nuts
Two 1" by 3/8" stainless fender washers

The existing holes are 18" on center. I drilled two 3/8" holes at 18" on center 3/8" from the back side of the plate. Using the 1 7/8" pieces of pipe as stand-offs I mounted the plate. I put the fender washers under the bumper support to spread the load a bit more. I temporarily mounted the plate to determine where to drill the holes for the light bar. Once i had that figured out i pulled the mount off and drill the light bar holes. Put a few coats of paint on it and mounted it back on the machine. Came to realize my 3/4" bolts interfered with the adjustment on the light so had to grind the down with my angle grinder.

Wire it up using a relay mounted under the hood and a Sasquatch rocker switch in the cab.

Light came from eBay and included four pod lights as well.

Also installed Moose Industries seat covers.

Should do a good job of lighting up the hocks on a moose.
Have you considered getting led bulbs for the headlights? Made a big difference on my 900 from a candle yellow to lot brighter white and one can turn the bulb to get the most out of the emitters.

I used Beamtech H13 bulb on my 2016 Ranger and it really eliminates the yellow light. Make sure the LEDs are at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock position when you install them to get the most our of the existing reflector.

I installed the Beamtech H13 bulb as well, but after doing a lot of reading and watching videos, I learned that it is best to install them vertical. This will give you the true low beam flood and high beam. Once you install them, you will want to check them on both low and high beam against a wall. I had one bulb 180 degress out and had to take it back out and rotate it. After that, I had to lower them both from the factory position because they were too high on low beam. Awesome!
