as exciting as the piece of metal rod is I am more focused on what is going on near the back of that vinyl stool top?
It looks like a spaceship has landed on your black vinyl pad there, what the heck is that thing???
I'm not going to take the time to explain what a muffler bearing is here, but if your's ever get's fershitzeled you'll be wishing you had that centering tool. layful:
One important thing to remember before you attempt to change your muffler bearing is to make sure you have extra bubble water for your level!!
