I can run a cross on it tomarrow at my shop. What other brand are you looking for? I think Thunderhawk Performance has some different heat ranges also. You may check with them. Any Napa or other auto parts dealer that sells Champion should be able to get them. I got a box of four from Napa, but they had to pick them up at the local wharehouse.

not sure what brand to use. i would like something that is easily found over the counter. HPD has NGK iridium hotter plugs on their site but not stock replacement.

The only cross I could find was to an autolite 3922. That cross is only as acurate as my data system.

The Rzr is programmed to run rich and it appears to be "normal" for the plugs to be on the black side. Should I run a hotter plug on a stock engine or should I leave well enough alone and change plugs yearly?

I personally stuck with the stock plugs, even on my modded motor. Its always better to run a plug thats a little cold compared to one that may be slightly to hot for the motor. JMO

Why does the 2005 SP 800 take a different plug then the RZR 800? Any ideals?

I have no clue. Speculation would be that the head or compression ratio is different.????
