2019 570 Ranger FS hey everyone, having an issue with my ranger and hoping someone can help. So, when I reach a speed of around 60km, (~40mph) the bike will suddenly drop about 700-900 rpm. You can hear, feel it and see it on the tach. The bike is very sluggish after this and sounds like it is...

Hey guys, Tldr: Usually there is a little bump when you shift between p-r-n-l-h, but now its just smoothly going between all of them. I'm new to the forum, and have a ranger with gear slipping issues. Got it new in 2019 and it has been put through the paces over the past couple years (5k km)...

So i have this annoying sound that comes from the drivetrain somewhere. Its loud, sounds like a rock in the rims or something. Ive upgraded axles all the way around, new prop shaft too. We did a clutch kit with an ecu flash as well. It hasnt always made this sound. My splines were ok in my front...

Dropped engine back in, starting to put it back together, and service manual calls for a "clutch centering tool" when putting PVT back together. How critical is this? I've read if bolt to bolt measure is 10", I should be good to go. I only pulled engine out, nothing else, so transmission and...

I have a 2015 MS Ranger Crew that started being hard to shift. It's gone to being impossible to shift if the engine is running. Once I kill the engine, I can easily shift it. I've disconnected the shift cable at the rear of the machine and I can shift it by hand with the engine off. When the...

2014 Ranger 900 Crew I am new to this site. I have followed it closely as I have recently began having some shifting and lunging issues. I bought a replacement belt and have removed both the primary and secondary clutch for a thorough cleaning. When taking apart the primary I used a black...

I've got the team tied secondary clutch and the RVS Performance Stage 3 tune on it, with there clutch kit. I am...

Good morning! First time posting, been reading some good stuff so far. I just bought my first Ranger 2 weeks ago! 2011 Ranger 400 HO, all stock, now has 750 hours on it. And I may have an issue... I was out with it on Sunday and had something weird happen on me. I was running in High down the...

I have 977 miles and about 100 hours on my 2014 XP-900 EPS. It began making a lot of noise when descending hills, then I noticed in those rare occasions when I was in High, that the belt slipped once or twice (I ride in low below 15 MPH). I mostly ride trails and no deep mud or water. I also...

I have a 07 ranger 700 XP. It's getting hard to shift into gear and the belt feels like it is slipping. When in high gear and throttle all the way the rpms are above 4 but it will not go over 20mph. I have changed the belt and put in a new clutch kit and it didn't change anything. Any ideas?

Can any of you help me out a bit. I was wondering if the primary clutch puller threads for this is 3/4 x 16. Or if anyone knows what the threads are. also I am needing the compression tool for the secondary. Yes I bought a clutch kit for this and it looks like I want to tackle this on my...

Hi, I am new to the forum. I just purchased a used 2007 Ranger 500 EFI. When I got it I noticed a slipping when trying to go up hill. I was in low range and I would have to let off the gas and then reapply gas to get the drive system to catch. After reading several posts on here, I replaced...
