My first post. Needing some guidance.

'07 700 XP Ranger

Has had the intermittent sputter issue when it was getting low fuel. Just topped off the fuel tank, see if that was the problem. The other issue is that I get a code 46 on the gauge. What do I need to check for that code to be thrown? Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks!

Kevin, that 46 is a Tm/bap sensor code. I would try cleaning the sensor probe with Mapp or electronics cleaner and check the harness and plug for a chaffed/broken wire. Only The Best makes a HD replacement for this connection.Only The Best

My bet is wires broken inside the insulation. They are usually right at the connector and can be hard to find.
