Need a little help. I have a 2006 ranger xp 700 little back story it was in a flood back in 8/17/2021. after the flood completely went tru and repalced all fluids and filters.
ran fine till summer then it quit moving would idle fine but touch the pedal and die. Have changed injectors, harnesses, tps, crank sensor, plugs, wires and filters and fluids again.
Still nothing. i have been told that the module is the problem #4011370 but i have yet to find one. fuel pressure is 40# and have set the tps sensor and tried everthing.. so any help at this point would be greatly appreciated. i will run and rev up off of starting fluid, i have traced the harness the best i can and looked for a problem but so far nothing.

ok yes tank has been dumped twice and wiped clean all are oem parts. the tps was set when intatalled and i havent looked at the flow. i still think that theres a bad wire
and not letting the ecm read the tps. but i am not sure i have traced the wires and looked for noticeable things. lol been at this since april it was shut off after hauling wood and never moved since
but i have tried when ever possible to use oe parts

How was the new OEM TPS set up ?
Have you checked for stored EFI codes ?

There is no "switch" on a 2006 700 parking brake or any other device that would affect the throttle under 6000 rpm.

Huck, your 2009 700 does have a rev limiter tied the EB .
