Hey guys got another one for ya. I upgraded the TBAP wiring harness to the OTC one before this last winter. Towards the end of winter the ranger started to have some issues again. Spit and sputter, code 45 and fan runs alot. What else should I look for or do seeing as I have already replaced the TBAP harness. As always your help is greatly appreciated.

kurt, if you have already cleaned the TBAP probe I would say you still have a problem with a damaged wire. On that year/model, it is the pink wire/pin #4 that will cause that code. I would check it all the way to the computer.

Kurt,

I had a very similar problem with my 2007 XP and Kris (Jungleman), Adam (POS Polaris) and others helped me through a long process to determine the problem. I added to an existing thread so it is pretty long but you can jump to the last few pages where my conversations are located. Here is the link to the thread: http://www.prcforum.com/forum/24-ra...r-700-xp-efi-hesitation-stalling-low-rpm.html

It is a bit long but a good read. Let me know if you need to compare notes on the 2007 XP. Cheers!!

Craig
