My 2012 had the same problem, after a few weeks of searching it was the fule pump getting weak. New pump and problem solved

 

I had the same problem with my 2010 800 crew, changed the fuel pump and it fixed the problem.

 

My 2012 is doing the same. Is there a aftermarket fuel pump? Or did y'all go back with Polaris? Thanks

 

I had the same problem, no after market fule pump that I could find, Went with a new Factory one and problem fixed
