I've seen the tail gate and bed latches both rattle. That would be the first places I would look. Also check the exhaust and make sure nothing is loose. Then I would start looking at suspension components, wheel bearings, etc.....

Also check where the bed meets frame (forward) - another common rattle source and easy to fix!

Since you said crew. You may also want to check the swing bearing that's about halfway up the driveshaft and be sure to grease the slip joint on the transmission end of driveshaft. The slip joint can rattle like crazy if it's not greased, but DO NOT be alarmed if it's sloppy loose.
