while make a run with my ranger then slowing down or stopping, most times she will shut off. Then when I restart the rpms shoot up and have to turn key off to stop engine. Then when I restart again everything is ok. Do anyone know what the problem could be?

Sounds like the IAC , either it needs disassembly and cleaning or a harness wire is chafing/broken. I would check for EFI codes.
