Looking for any thoughts or ideas, I was driving down the road and all of a sudden lost power and she died on me. Got er home and will crank over for a few seconds than nothing. Almost like it could be a battery issue but verified the battery is good. Checked oil, spark plug and everything appears fine. Any suggestions as to what to try next?

When you say it 'will crank over for a few seconds then nothing', does it stop cranking suddenly or slow down until stopped?

How did you confirm the battery was good? Do you have a different battery that you could try?

I would start by checking/cleaning all battery and ground connections.
