I have had issues with my ranger starting for about a year. It turns over but sounds like it is starving to get fuel. Once it does start it runs just fine. I am now at a roadblock. I have changed airfilter, spark plug, fuel pump, IAC and TMAP. I also changed the pigtail on the tmap because there was wear through the wires. I do not see any other wiring issues and have also adjusted the Throttle position sensor.

What should I check next? Any help is appreciated.

Low compression will result in a hard starting issue but will run fine once started and warmed up. I'd do a compression check on both cylinders or, even better, a leak down test.
