My buddy bought the Marshall Motoart 2.5" lift and used 28" outlaw radials on aftermarket 14" rims. He says they rub on the inner fender. I have seen this same setup on the same years with factory rims and 28" ITP Mudlites which are a taller tire and they don't rub. Just curious if you guys think this is normal or not? I have only seen pics and not been able to see it yet.

Offset on the wheels will make them rub or not rub... I hear you can run 28s with only the fwd a arms.
