Hello, I am new to the forum. I have 2013 ranger 900 xp it was running good and sounded good then stalled on me while driving 5 mph then wouldn't start for me. it will start if on the throttle like 1/2 or more but will not idle and can smell fuel and smokes a little from running rich. I got it back to the shop and checked spark, checked fuel pressure, and checked timing they were all good. I even pulled the injectors to see if they would pulse when cranking over and they do. I have swapped parts out one by one trying to get something to change. have had no luck trying to figure out the problem any help is appreciated thanks.

J, I would recheck the wire harness's for grounding including the TMAP . Remove and clean The TMAP sensor with MAPP cleaner or something like carb cleaner that won't leave a residue on the sensor. Check and clean the throttle pedal connection as well. What did you say the fuel pressure was ? and what did you test it with ?

JM, you should have 58 psi... Either your pump is going or your filter or fuel pressure regulator is bad.. or all.. The fuel pressure may get worse when warm or under a load..
