Destroyed front end in the ice today. Any help with a beefier front differential and best axle???? I have the backwoods a-arms kit with 2" lift. 28x10x14 EFX moot MTC tires.
How did you destroy the front axles? Are they actually broken or did you just tear the boots? Did you damage the diff housing or the internals? Have you pulled the front diff and split the housing to see inside yet?

Right front axle busted. Differential housing busted, ripped the bolts right out. Going to go with Rhino axles but need to find an upgraded differential...... Not aluminum housing???? Dumbest idea ever Polaris.

The diff pulled out of the bolts that attach it to the frame? Aside from the stripped out mounting holes is it ok?

Can't say I've heard of that happening before. There's an aftermarket billet diff but they're $$$.

SNWMBL, thanks for the info. I debated one of those to save money...... But I don't want to have issues next moose season. This was my first test since the lift, tires, and rims.... Pushed it a little too hard. I will now have upgraded axles and a billet front axle. Sent my diff out to Boogers Toxic Toys in Arkansas. They will upgrade all the junk internals and put everything in the Billet housing. I couldn't believe that the torque of the axle ripped the diff right off the frame either. Broke out the two rear bolt holes and just pulled the front two straight out with threads full of aluminum. Total cost of 15 minutes of fun nearly $2000. Spend a lot of time wishing I would have just bought two four wheelers. Never had these issues with quads.

If you get the billet diff make sure you use the bolts they send back with it and NOT your factory ones. Ask Booger why.
