I changed the bearings in the front end of my polaris 570. After getting it back together I noticed a rubbing sound. After inspecting the bike I noticed the the axels had partially came out of the crank case and dropped a bit and was rubbing the frame of the bike. Now when I put it axel back into the crankcase and try putting it into the hub to start the castle nut on it starts pulling the axel out of the crankcase like the axel is too short. I've ordered 2 new circlips hoping this will help just wondered if anyone has had this problem. Thanks

Make sure the groove that locks the axle in the trans isn't packed full of crud. The circlip won't fully lock into place.
