I have a 2014 ranger 800 6x6. This past winter I did a plethora of work to it getting it ready to be sold and rebuilt the engine and the whole nine yards.

Just so happens I work at a dealer and needed the TPS adjusted before cranking it up for the first time. Got that adjusted fine but then I am running into other electrical issues.

That same night the ignition coil fried itself. Like got hot, started smoking until I unplugged it. Got a new one of those installed and it too gets hot when plugged in. Wires going to it, are all fine, no breakage all the way to the ECM.

The IAC connector on the throttle body/intake also begins to get hot.

Is the system grounding out? Do I need a new wire harness?
