Does anyone know of a way to convert the console to a seat? I need to be able to fit driver and two kids up front with seatbelts. I found a used 900le but if I can't convert the console its a no go!

any ideas?

You have to remove console and change seats. It's very simple.
OEM seats are expensive. You could try an upholstery shop to make you an insert.
Then you need to purchase the seat belt Assy.
