Hey everyone,

Been lurking for awhile reading all the great info. I decided to buy my first ranger December 2014 and have been very happy with it. I was a previous 2006 Arctic Cat Prowler XT 650 owner.

While out checking trail cams over the weekend my 2015 570 mid overheated and shut down. Wondering what the heck was going on, I popped the front hood and discovered that I had a major leak coming from the lower radiator hose. Antifreeze was all over the ground...... I quickly discovered that the problem was that the hose had been sitting on the driver side plunging joint bracket on the front axle and rubbed a hole into the hose. I quickly fixed this by removing the hose and wrapping the hole in electrical tape and threading the hose higher and ziptieing out of the way so I could return back to my truck and trailer. Not sure if this is an assembly mistake but I called the dealer and he hasn't heard of anyone else having problems and said it should be covered by warranty.

Just a heads up for those that have purchased or will be purchasing a 2015 570 midsize.

This is after I routed the hose correctly.

The hose with the white line was routed behind the hose with a blue line causing the hose to rub where the yellow arrow is on the plunging joint bracket (red arrow) causing the hole in the hose.
