2015 profit door w/ electric windows & plastic snap in screw covers

My dealer had a lot of problems adjusting the doors with electric windows. I notice on the outside of the door (below the window) there are several black snap in (push in) screw covers. Does anyone else have these?

Polaris website doesn't show them. I am wondering if dealer took the door apart.

I also had to return my 900 when I first bought it as I could not manage to get the passengers door to close properly. The drivers door fit fine, but after many attempts at trying to adjust the passengers door, there was just no way it was going to close. My dealer modified the bottom door hinge bracket to get it to close. As for the outside of my doors, I have no push pins on mine.
That being said, an annoyance I have noticed with my doors is that the opening for the window is too wide and this allows the window to bang when closing it if the window is down. I was afraid to close the door with the window down, that's how bad it was. Also, water runs down the window and into the inner door cavity. I have added thick black weather stripping inside the door (on both sides) just under the window opening to sandwich the glass in between. This has worked very well for me. I did a trial with a little weather stripping I had lying around, and will re-do it this summer just to do a better more complete job. The reason I mention this is just wondering if perhaps the push pins were added to narrow the window opening.

If you will post a pic, I probably can help you.

Those should not be there. Looks to me like the dealer or someone had issues with the actuator bolts and drilled holes from the outside instead of removing the inner panel. No way I would accept that one. I have had mine out to add some dampeners and I made a hidden access hole on the inside panel to keep the door handles tight without removing the inner panel.

All of my information does not show them either, but that definitely doesn't mean that Polaris did not change something.
The power window doors are on their second part number now, may be the third. (When Polaris changes even one part in the component list, the entire assy gets a new part number).

Do you have the original part number for your doors, if not it is molded into the plastic.
I'm still checking on this, I am curious.

I could not find anything stamped. I looked from inside on passenger window with the window down and looked inside the panels and saw 99161519 inner panel. the screw covers are on the inside also.
looks like these panels were made for Polaris and that's the part number, but not sure

manufacture date was 9/21/2014

I have never had any issues but I purchased the same rubber trim that is on the outside panel and put it on the inside also. I used black weather strip adhesive and glued all the seals on all the doors. I have spent way to much money and time on mine!!lol

I can post a picture. I had the dealer get it from Polaris and it was cheap. It came as a 20FT roll if I remember right. It makes it nice to rest your arm on the window sil with out the edge of the plastic door cutting into your arm. Also keeps the window tighter.

Tried adjusting the doors and it doesn't adjust anymore. The part on the doors are at their max setting. Seems like the dealer tried to hammer the bottom hinge to get it to go over some more. Does anyone know if the bottom hinge is adjustable under the plastic side molding? I need the hinge on the frame to go forward and up.

Looking at the drawings, all adjustment is in the outside hinges.
You can modify the mounting holes themselves.
