Hey yall,
The more I drive the new machine, the more annoyed I am getting with how loud this thing is. Even at 10 mph the Rpms are so high the thing is loud. Is there any remedies to quiet it inside the cab as well as reduce decibels for hunting etc? I was hoping for a slip on and possibly adding that sound matting under the seat seats or something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Awesome feedback! All the pieces you see can be moved around to where ever you personally would like them to be. I want to make it as versatile as possible. The roll bar in the back increases the square footage of space to add more storage.

I bought my 2015 Mid-size Crew last Saturday, having never actually driven one. I wanted a Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT but couldn't pony up another $3,500, so I went with the Ranger 570, based on the price, reviews and comments about it being quieter than the Kawasaki. It didn't seem that loud when driving it across the Dealer's parking lot to load it on my trailer.

After getting in home and taking it for I spin, I too am disappointed with the drive-train/engine noise. I'm sure that the roof amplifies the noise and I'm afraid that the full windshield I have on order may make it even worse.

I'm wondering if a rear window kit would help or make the situation worse?

I thought about a silencer but wasn't impressed with the results shown (heard) on the video. I'm not sure how much of the noise is from the engine and how much of it's from the other drive-train components.

Hopefully things will quiet down, once I get a few miles on it. Otherwise, it looks like Hearing Protection will be mandatory. :icon_frown:

I too have a roof and full windshield. About 75 miles and 15 hrs on it now and it hasn't gotten better. I'm thinking a rear windshield and possibly using that sound mat stuff they use in cars to help quiet it down. I barely give it gas and it's like your mashing the throttle, and when you do get on it its dang loud

I don't own a 570 but I went and test drove one and told the salesman it was much louder than my 800 and the salesman looked at me like I was nuts. He assured me it was much quieter. I think it's just the tone of the single cylinder maybe. I wonder if the muffle off of a 900 would work it's a very large muffler compare to the 570.

you would think with the engine moved back there wouldn't be these issues, the noise seems to echo into cab,as mentioned earlier check exhaust for leaks ,there have been lots of 570 owners with this problem, about 6 week backorder on gaskets
