Just picked up the Ranger 570 f/s with the poly doors and electric windows. On the passenger side where the door locks on the cab and the frame there is a quarter size hole/gap where you can see into the cab. My dealer says its the best they can do with adjusting the doors. Anyone else experience this problem ?

I will try to get a photo of the gap tomorrow but as you can see the doors are not aligned the same and it appears the door can be aligned anymore because of the silver plastic fenders doesn't look equal on each side.

Looks like the the whe door needs to go up. I think if it was up like the other door it would fit better and cover that spot you have marked better.

You should be able to loosen the bolts on the doors and adjust the angle and play of the door. I installed my own poly doors and that's what the instructions indicate. I don't have any air leaks around my doors on my 570 crew.

not enough adjustment on the door. tried that. going to dealer for a week in july. keep you all posted. it appears they need to take it apart and reinstall correctly. something in frame is not set properly.
