I have a 2015 polaris ranger 900 xp and I just installed a super atv clutch kit with weighted arms and new spring low gear runs perfect and high gear I went from 55 mph to 15 I am running portals 45% on 37 inch tires they told me to install old secondary spring I done that and changed belt and still same result can anybody tell me what to try and figure out why I lost so much top end speed

Put your stock clutching back in and try it, you do not need a clutch kit with a reduction unless that kit sets it up way heavier than stock and has weaker springs

Installed stock clutch parts and new belt and unplugged my hmf optimizer and still having the same issue
