Just got this machine and fixed it up, had a bad fuel pump and that was all. Just did all the fluids and maintenance, etc...

So far all the parts seem to match up to a Full Size 2016 Ranger XP 570 & XP 900, even the windshelds from the XPs fit perfectly, i have superatv doors on order also.

Before anyone complains, the machine is actually made by Polaris, has both Bobcat serial numbers and a Polaris sticker elsewhere on the frame, and is essentially just a Ranger XP 570 full size that has had a body kit put on the front of it, giving it 4 headlights instead of 2, so far everything else from a ranger swaps over, including the dash pieces.

I curious if anyone else on here has the same machine, i plan to replace the drive belt with a stronger one, but haven't delved into there yet to do it.

OK, so the SuperATV doors are a perfect fit, for a 2016 bobcat 3400, you just have to order the doors for a 2016 Polaris Ranger XP 570 full size.

The only small caveat is the bobcats seat bolster bars were reshaped slightly to be fancy, and they interfere with the doors, so you either have to remove the bolster bars that come with the bobcat, or if you want to still have bolster bars, score some from a comparable year Ranger XP full size, other then that its bolt on with no customization.

In the summer time i will probably ride a lot without the doors, so i ordered the polaris version of the bolster bars to put back on mine.

In other news, finding LED headlights for this thing has become a challenge, so far none of the bulbs i have found will fit, and it appears it might be because they used a proprietary format bulb, with a strangely shaped 3 pin plug, it does not seem to be a polaris format plug, when i looked up headlights for the polaris, they appeared to have a different plug on them. Someone told me that H13s may fit the light enclosure, but that i would probably have to replace the pigtails to wire them in, so i got a H13 bulb to see if it will go into the bobcat housing, if so i will just splice on H13 pigtails and also retain the original pigtail as well, that way if it ever needs reverted, its not ruined.

On a tip from someone else, im going to see if the TRX450 bulbs fit, someone said they had one of these machines and they think they discovered for reasons unknown it uses the same bulbs as a honda machine.

Confirmed, :LED headlights for a Honda TRX420 fit perfectly, socket right into the enclosure and the electrical connection is a perfect match as well, no modification needed, just in case anyone else ever has the same issue finding bulbs.

In other news, its been bugging me that I still haven't gotten a replacement belt for this machine yet, and i was looking at grabbing an upgraded belt from a Polaris XP 570, but a few forums threads I found said that some of the bobcats fit those perfectly, but one or two sub models do not, and have a slightly different length or something, which brought me back to wishing it had been replaced the first time.

So i called Bingham's corporate offices and explained what happenned, that the staff were friendly, but that two different staff members assured me this machine has zero belts in it, they consulted the manual at corporate and advised me there indeed is a drive belt, they have part numbers for it, and they will be addressing the issue monday with why this shops techs seemed to think the machine had no belts, they also offered to work with me on getting it replaced, and said a member of upper corporate management will be calling me on monday with more details as this all has to be authorized up high i guess....

Will report back what comes of this....
