I have a 2017 Polaris Ranger 500 that will start and run immediately upon firing it up in the garage. It has a little of a rough idle at first but then levels out. It will idle for a few minutes and then just die. When it dies, it will not restart immediately. I can crank and crank with no restart. I can cycle the key with no restart. I have to wait about 2 minutes and then it will restart.
If I start the Ranger for the first time in the garage and back out, it will immediately die when I let off the gas to stop and shift into h/l. At this point I have to wait a couple minutes to get it restarted. It will run and drive fine with a bit loss of power. When I slow down to stop and let off the gas, the engine immediately dies. I am unable to keep it running using the gas pedal.
I have done the following so far and not one thing has improved the condition or fixed it completely. Any guidance or insight would be appreciated.
1. Replaced the fuel pump 3x with 2 Quantum and 1 All Balls. Checked fuel pressure while running and after shutting the engine off and I get well into the 50s and 60s psi
2. Replaced coil wire
3. Replaced ignition coil
4. Replaced ignition/key switch
5. Replaced spark plug and wire
6. Replaced Starter Solenoid
7. Replaced TMAP Sensor
8. Replaced Crank Position Sensor
9. Replaced Injector
10. Added a seat belt harness bypass
11. Replaced Power Regulator
12. Tried a new ECM
13. Checked all wires and cables while Ranger was running and nothing shuts it off
Have not replaced throttle body but removed cover and it is super clean inside. The overall Ranger is clean with no damage.
Thank You
