If both fronts are pointed put our (or in) after a crash something is bent. You can adjust toe in or out but camber is not adjustable with factory "A" arms.
You need to inspect the suspension and chassis for bent parts. Tie rod ends can be replaced if they are bent and toe adjusted. If the upper or lower "A" arms are bet you'll have to replace them. Look closely at the frame where the "A" arms attach for bent frame members.

That Ranger looks pretty new, like it hasn't seem much use. Any chance it came with the toe improperly adjusted and you just noticed it after the collision? Sometimes events call your attention to things you might have not looked closely at previously.
If the collision actually did affect toe something has to be bent/broken. I'd suspect the side that took the hit as having damage, it there is any. It doesn't take much of a bend to make a big difference in adjustment. The tie rod ends are threaded to the steering shafts that go to the rack and pinion. There's no place for anything to slip out of adjustment. The tie rods must have the lock nuts loosened and the rods turned to affect toe.
