30" mayhems or 29.5 terminators

Ok so I'm picking up my ranger 900 next week. I've already ordered outkast 3" lift and now am trying to decide on tires. I like the 30x10 mayhems or 29.5 x 10 terminators. I know the terminators will ride a little better but they weigh about 6lbs more a tire. I really like the way they both look and know people who have ran both. I want to know if y'all think either would be any harder on axles and stuff. Do you think the 6lbs per tire will be real noticeable? Any advice or opinions would be great. Also the mayhems are roughly $200 cheaper for the wheel and tire set. Thanks

I'm interested in this also. I've never had Terms... but had some Mayhems. Best tire I had ever ran. I plan on lifting my Ranger as well and that's the sizes I would be considering. Looking forward to the responses here.
I love my 29.5 terms. With the 900 I didn't notice any loss of power...that thing hauls the mail! Super smooth too. I have no experience with the mayhems.

No disrespect Sam, but I am calling BS on the power. Its just NOT possible to NOT lose power.....when you take a stock wheel and tire that prob weigh....30lbs total, and replace with a TIRE ALONE that weighs close to 50lbs EA.!! Its just the laws of physics.....regardless of what your butt tells ya, you lost some power without a doubt!

As far as the tires.......the Mayhems look cool.......but the Terms have a nice flat profile....which can be good for smoothness, but bad for rubbing if you dont have a lift/forward a-arms.
I have the same lift you ordered, and 29.5 Terms on 1.5 spacers. You will loose some power. The only place I really notice it is coming up really steep creek banks in High, to where stock, my 900 wouldn't notice it. You still have PLENTY of power for the tires, you just have to work your shifting a lil more between H and L. Once you ride it a few times, you will get the hang of where you need to be ( H or L ), then its a piece of cake. Hope this helps

I didn't say that it didn't loose power...I said I didn't notice any loss of power.
My butt tells me that it still hauls the mail!
Terms all the way. I ran 30" skinny meyhams for one ride and sold them. Rode like a square tire, and didn't do squat in the mud

I agree for the most part. I cant say much about the Mayhems.....BUT, the only bad thing about Terms.....they get a bit squirrelly above 30mph or so.....but otherwise they are fantastic!
Hey thanks for the info!! I haven't got my notifications set so didn't know anyone responded!! Lol. Anyway got the ranger today and wow!! Compared to my don't laugh! (450 rhino). This thing is bad @ss!! I went with the mayhems mainly because they weigh less and my buddy that has rzr runs them and they do well here. I plan to do lift Sunday and tires should be here Monday!! Trying to figure out how to add pics from phone.
Did you get the offset arms all around, or just arched??
I bought Mayhems for my 800...sold them after 5 days....

No offense Frank but I gotta call BS on forward arms all around. They don't make forward arms for the rear.

LOL......good catch!!
which arm system did you go with?

Im going to pull the trigger on some 29.5 terms soon.
So that's the Outkast 1/2 kit? Any pics of the rear after the lift was installed?

Clembone, how do you like the half kit now that you have had it on for a little while? I can't decide which route I want to go, but I'm leaning the way of the half kit.
