I'm going!
Do we have to sign up for SXS world to be a part of the ride? Is there a sign up for this, or just show up and ride?
What's the name of the campground on airport rd that is across from the parking lot we are meeting at?
We don't require that you sign up but would appreciate it if you did sign up to help our member numbers, and it helps us keep count if you respond on Side X Side World. Either way you are welcome to attend.
The name of the campground is just Saint Helen campground. To reserve camp sites call 989-390-5098. If busy call 989-389-4994 or 4995. Rates are $20.00 per day for sites with water and electricity, and $10.00 for rustic sites.

I think the info is on the Side X Side World page.
Thanks Curt I will head over there and check it out.
All signed up at SXS world. I am talking to the wife now and will be making a big effort to make sure we can come. I would like to get some trail miles on my rig! It shouldn't be too hard to make it up since St Helen is only 2 hours north of me. Anyone know how far the trail head is from the Hotel and if we can ride the machines over there from the hotel? I looked on the SXS site and it is not clear which campground the trailhead is across from.

The campground and trail head are on airport road. At. Helen is a very orv friendly town and you can ride almost anywhere. What hotel are you looking at?

Im looking at the Trails End Hotel referenced in the invite. I assume the "Trails End" would indicate they are close to the trail. The reason I ask is that the wife is all excited about going now and is talking about going up Friday. It would be nice to unload once and just ride the Ranger direct to the trail head/ meeting place.

The trails end is also on airport rd. It's just down the road from the parking lot and the campground b
We are in. One Ranger. Staying at Trails End. Arrive 5/15, depart 5/17. Thanks for putting this together. It is something to anticipate in the cold months ahead. I will watch for posted details.
