Well I finally got to take my Ranger out yesterday. It just seemed to me that the rpms were a little higher than what my Rzr ever ran. I didn't exceed 30 mph at any point yet I was seeing rpms in the 5000 range. And yes I was in high.

So is that normal for the 570?

I have the 2015 Midsize crew and that is probably about right at 30mph. I've had mine up to 50-54 and it was at 7200-7400rpms if I remember correctly
. In low, plowing snow up a very steep hill, I've hit 6800rpms as I recall.
