Just an FYI, not related to this current issue, but my A-arms were quoted 2 weeks and took them about 5. Once they did show up though they fit good and so far have held up nice.

Yeah, John's family has been through a lot lately. He is a great guy and I hope you guys can cut him a little slack until they can get their lives back in order. I learned a long time ago that business is important, but family will come first every time.

Jerry not to be rude but there is some time in the day to atl east email the people back. I understand all about family first and I hope that everything does turn out okay for him and his family. But I spent close to 900 hard earned dollars. All I ask for is hey sorry we have a family emergency going on and we are behind schedule but will get you out as soon as possible. I'm going to hold off and still use there stuff but I just wanted to hear something that's all. also it's not about the money thing to me. My father is a cancer servicer so I know what it can do to family's and work.

They must really have their hands full. My machine was on stands and I ordered a kit from them last week. I spent a week trying to get a response from voice messages left and email with no luck.
I only needed an estimated ship date so I knew if I needed to cancel a future trip or not. I hear they have an awesome product and really wanted one of their kits but I started to feel scammed and cancelled my order. It wouldn't be my first time to order something and never receive it then being out hard earned cash, so I'm leery of situations like this.

Had I known in advance, that he was basically a one man shop doing custom work and his lead times were 4-6 weeks then that would have been different. Maybe he ought to put that on his site.
I ran a one man shop for many years, and I made it a point to set aside some time each day in the evening to return calls, my answering machine even explained that and most people were understanding, when they knew what to expect in advance.

I ended up replacing a factory arm for now and getting the machine up and going to buy some more time. I may try John again one day, especially since CommanderJones vouches for him allot.
