hello to all my passenger front axle popped out on my 2014 ranger 570 2" superatv lift with 28 mayhems. I think it popped out due to hitting a stump I have put it back in no damage was done to the splines r axle.i am in the process of getting a new c clip as the one on there is worn I guess from riding it before I noticed it had popped out my question is is there a better c clip available than the factory one? I did try to open this one up but axle still easily pops out. bike has 800 miles on it. on another note exhaust donut was leaking by the springs that hold it I swapped it with donut on muffler side much quieter till I get a new one . is this a problem on these bikes.

most likely the 2" lift is whats causing the axle to pop.Seems the passenger side is the one that pops out the most due to the front diff not centered in the bike.
pull the axle out an spray the spines in the diff with brake clean an clean the groove out probly trash in it ive had it happen before just took some proper seatin push it in an pull out until it locks in good mine is a 14 with low miles had his problem with factory replacements

I highly recommend using a liberal coat of anti-seize on the splines before re-installing the axle. If you ever have to remove it, you can thank me then.

Yeah listen to the man. I've had my axles get seized into the diffs and it ain't anything pretty to get out.

I have gotten a new clip and installed it so far so good it hasn't pulled out ? r the rhino axles any longer to help prevent this
