I bought a set used from a member here, so I don't have instructions. The lower arms can only go one way. I've tried the uppers every which way. They're off by about a 1/2". In this photo, the zerks on the uppers are facing down. If I flip the upper arms, they're even farther off. Nothing looks bent. Any ideas?

How old are the arms? I know a while back john had some issues with some of his employees and fabrication. Maybe u got a bad set. Something is definitely wrong. Did they come off of a 2015 900?

I would also call John at BA and see what he says. I know one member had issues with arms he bought used and John took care of him. Worth a shot.

Not sure of the year, but the seller said it came off a 900. As far as I know, the suspension hasn't changed on the 900's since they were released.

I'm really glad I didn't pay to have these powder coated to match my fronts before I tested the fit.

I'll give BA a call on Monday... hopefully they can help me out. Thanks for that suggestion.

Think you might have them on backwards.. cant tell but it looks like the sway bar should be on the otherside... looks like the wrong bottom arm..

Mine looked the same way on the drivers side and I just pryed it into place. The passenger side was perfect.

Yes - rear driver side.

I considered that, but it seemed like a bit too much to stretch. I figured the bushings might last about a week.

Didn't get a chance to call John at BA today. Maybe tomorrow...
