I ordered a set of fwd A-Arms from Backwoods 3 weeks ago and keep getting little to no response from them or eta. Anyone else have this problem? I call and get a voice mail they are out of the office and when I email them all I get is there have been delays they will ship next week, but they never show.
Backwoods Armor slow or no response?

John, is spending a great deal of time out of town at an out of state hospital, tending to his very sick son. It's not a good time for him and his family right now. His family could use all the prayers they can get right now.
Why doesn't he tell me that then and I would understand. Not saying anything at all or that there have been delays? If someone tells me they gave something going on I understand but when I get no response it just irritates me. Will have to keep him in my prayers.

I feel the same way about a business not responding to messages and emails. It is a family run business. I sent a few emails and left a couple of messages with them before I found the thread about his son - now, I TOTALLY understand, FAMILY FIRST! Fortunately, I searched for info before I ordered from them. You should be able to file a claim with your card company for a refund -- or wait.

I feel for him, but I need to finish the buddies rig and have waited as long as I now can wait.
Anyone have a good source for fwd a-arms that will fit an 800 mid size? A-arms are all I need now after the wreck to get this thing back together again. Just got off the phone with SATV and will probably go that route unless someone has some reason why not to go that route.
If the ranger was currently drivable without them I could wait that long but seeing as it is undrivable due to the oem ones being damaged in the wreck I could'nt wait. I got a full refund yesterday and ordered a set of SATV that have already shipped and will be here Tuesday.

I had a similar experience with them, emailed 3-4 times, left them messages on here and called every day for about 2 weeks, never got a response. Finally had to file a complaint with paypal and they got back to me within 10 minutes and the a arms shipped the next day. About the only good thing I can say about the company is the a arms fit perfectly.
