My GF has a 2011 Ranger 800 Crew that it's needing a new battery for. We don't want to pay that much for an Odyssey since we don't ride that much. Is there a Wal-Mart, Oreilly, or Auto Zone replacement battery that will fit?

Should be able to find one at any of those places. However, in the long run, a good AGM will be cheaper than replacing cheap-o's frequently. May want to look for a Deka ETX30L or a Big Crank - both decent batteries and a bit cheaper than the Odyssey 925.

Definitely go with an AGM, regardless of the brand. I replaced the one in my '06 before I sold it back in the spring and got a 3 year battery from Batteries Plus for something like $85.

My wife's 08 CRV's battery started cranking slow, so I purchased a new battery for her. I did notice that her old battery almost fit in my 08 Ranger. I went to the autoparts store and purchased a AGM battery (for an 08 Honda CRV) and made small modifications to the battery box. Works like a charm!
