Bad Dawg makes one. Also seen one on EBAY that was like 3/4" thick rubber (wouldn't have to bolt that down!)
try a can of spray on bed liner and keep drain holes open.
I bought a recycled rubber mat at Home Depot for $20.00 and cut it to fit in the bed. I can dump my bed and it stays put unless I got a heavy load of something.

You nailed it bro. Stall mat from TSC. May want something a little thicker than 1/4 inch.:glee::encouragement:
I bought a stall mat from tractor supply for my 800 a couple years ago and also for my 900. Trimmed and fits like a glove. It's so heavy you won't need to bolt down. I also took 2x6 and painted black and made a bed organizer for my units. Nothing slides around, everything stays in the bens I made for each item. No need in straps unless you plan on riding on the top. Cooler stays put with ease. I'll try and get a pic if wanted.

Yep, I have one of those I made out of 1/4" mat from TSC. Put in my 800 and then moved it to my 900. IMHO, its perfect... 1/4 is more than enough to protect your bed. And its thin enough that it doesn't weigh a ton like the 3/4" stall mats. And that lighter weight makes a big difference when cleaning out your Ranger.

Glad I didn't get the EBAY one I saw !!!
I purchased a smaller stall mat from TSC, it is made out of the same material that the 4x6 mat is, but it was smaller in overall size and was $20.00. The thickness is around 1/2" to 5/8" thick, I had to cut very little off of it to fit the bed, I did not have to screw it down, stays in place, it's heavy in weight.
