As title says what is the best way to clean out radiator fins thanks

I would avoid a pressure washer completely as it will bend the fins over quickly if you are not familiar with this technique. A reliable way for myself is Zep Heavy Duty Citrus Degreaser, available in spray bottles from any big box stores and water hose.

This is with the rad out? Whats the most effective way with the rad still fixed in the machine? Seems tough to get the air hose close to the fins.

I would not use the ac coil cleaner very often. It will deteriorate the aluminum fins. Does a good job though!
