Bobcat 3400 question/Ranger accessories

OK, I'm new here and hoping to get some information on the Bobcat 3400.

I just picked up a like new, used 2012.

I know it's made by Polaris, different front bodywork, has a 500 EFI engine and is pretty much a full size Polaris Ranger.

I'm looking to add some accessories and most are made for the Polaris.

Has anyone determined "which" Polaris Ranger it matches so I can try and cross reference?

Parft of the issue is that there are now so many "different" full size Polaris Ranger interations and fits.

Why'd I go Bobcat 3400 instead of Polaris?? = the price and condition (100 hours) were right, I don't need the higher Polaris top end speed (Bobcat is 30 mph vs. Polaris 40 mph) and I liked the different look (it's the camo version). It's also the "deluxe" version with the big brush/grill guard and the power dump box feature.

Thanks for any information you can get to me!!

I think, (look at some pictures to verify), but the 2012 full size Ranger body accessories should fit, I test drove one a couple of years ago and can't remember any huge differences. The front grill might be different. The engine will be the same as the mid size though. I know the Bobcat website does list some accessories Good luck with your new machine.
unless bobcat was special if it seats 3 it's a fullsize.

also if it's 60" wide it's fullsize, 52" wide is midsize.
Thanks for the feedback.

It is definitely a full sized, 60" wide machine.

Problem is, there are several different full size Polaris Rangers and I'm trying to find the most comparable model.

Bobcat couldn't tell me anything, Polaris gave me two answers, the best being they think it is comparable to a 2008 Fullsize Polaris Ranger 500 EFI.

I just bought a "soft" back window from Cabelas, and ordered both of the different sizes they had.

One said for "all Ranger models up to 2008" the other said "Polaris Ranger XP & HD".

While they would both fit, the better fit and coverage was from the Polaris Ranger XP & HD model.

Should of just bought a Polaris.

Now I have the bastard spawn of Polaris/Bobcat ("Pol-Cat") and neither company has an answer.

DID Polaris make a full size Ranger 500 EFI in 2009/2010?? Or were they only midsizes by then?

Thanks again!

My best advice is to look for part number on your original clutch and research that. Bobcat can be pretty much useless as they seldom have a clue. Example…I had to replace my clutch belt….the numbers on belt showed it to be for a military model Polaris. Ordered from Polaris using the number on belt for way cheaper than Bobcat, who uses their made up numbers.
