wow...I thought the Polaris OEM heater was like $700. bucks...a great buy at $415.
yea they are i was wondering if maybe this was a old discontinued model not sure but wither way fair deal
It does have floor vents, but if you install it per instructions, you loose the lower center dash storage.
If you look at the storage area, you will see a couple of slots at the first recessed area, this is where the block off plate goes (just to give you an idea of the area lost), then the storage area becomes useless, or you could use it (with the block off plate installed) for extra switches. The block off plate is furnished with the heater. But if you get creative, you can keep the floor vents and the storage area.

Great buy on the heater.

Also sent you a PM.
So I bought the heater from a ebay member that had no feedback and I received it today and everything is there except for all the vents and vent hose so I emailed them asking for a refund and he refund me the entire amount and told me to keep the heater so I got a pretty good deal for the heater but now I have to figure out what to use for heat vents should I contact polaris for the vents or just use aftermarket vents from summit dryer flex vent should work for duct work
You got quite a deal!

There are 8 vents total, the two on the top of the dash (defrost) and the two in the radio area are the same - rectangular. The ones on the passenger & drivers side are square. The two that point at the floor are round. Dryer vent hose is typically 4", the hose you need is about 2" (not positive) but that same material should work. If you find a part number for the round vents let me know, I got a broken one, it was used as a ladder rung to crawl out after a rollover.

Is there a online dealer I can get the vents from?
Odd that the seller didn't want the heater back. Might want to test it as best you can before going to the trouble of installing it!
yea i thought he would want it back but shipping was so much because of size he prolly just wants to cut his loses
good idea i will test it first (love the oem dash controls)
are the seals just foam that i could cut at home?
The seals are adhesive backed foam. Unless you can find the adhesive backed material I would recommend buying them. Without the adhesive I imagine they will tend not to stay in place.
thanks for the help guys 114 bucks for the vents from that website going to love the heater this time next year
Lime is correct, the seals may not fall out, but could move around, due to jarring of the unit, if not secured (adhesive backed). The heater plenum just sits under the dash, held in place by the pressure of the foam and sitting on top of the blower motor, so the weight/density/thickness of the foam play a roll in keeping everything in place.

I'm sure you could source something else that may be better and less expensive.
But I would try to find an adhesive backed foam or glue in place.
i have a bunch of that seal foam in blocks i have lots of time at work i think i can just make them and use mayb double sided 3m they are 12 10 bucks apeice and i think i need 6

The two vents on the top of the dash can be omitted if you want too.
The cut out area is marked on the underside of the dash, you can cut/router some slots in the dash cap for defrost.
I have the vents in mine, but now wish I would have routered some slots instead.
To me it makes for a better looking install
those ones are only 6 bucks apiece why would you rather have just slots?
