All,

Just curious if any of you have experienced a significant amount of rattling near the front tires, mainly the brakes (I think). It seems that it is actually the pads rattling a slow speeds. When I apply slight brake pressure (with the machine still moving) the noise stops. It seems when no brake is applied and running down the road slowly there is a rattle in the tire area somewhere, which appears to be the pads rattling around?. I try to duplicate the sound while stopped and it is difficult.

Anyone experience this?

Thanks in advance for the input

I have the same problem. My wheelbearing was loose and I tightened it a little and slowed down the break rattle. My hub is loose again and now have the rattle back. It seems that the slack in the hub lets the break pads walk around some. Im going to put a new bearing in the hub and see if that stops the noise.

Thanks for the reply.....

Can a bearing go bad with 23 hrs of light duty (no wather crossings etc) It is really annoying at low speeds. At 1/2 throttle on up there is no more noise.

Thanks again for the input!
