Hey guys I ve been using the forum just reading now for quite some time but never had a legitimate question, ive searched and haven't gotten the answer im looking for so i need some help, I have a 13' ranger crew LE EPS, just ordered a 3 inch lift and 29.5 terminators with wheel spacers, my question is how well will the stock axles hold up and what should i and should not i do. Heading to mud nats it 2 weeks and wanna be ready for anything i can because this is my first year attending.

I may have found the answer, from what im understanding is they're probably going to eventually break, but if i dont drive like an idiot ill be fine for a little while.

I rode for quite awhile on my stocks (still running stock fronts)... but as soon as I loaded the crew down, is when I broke... could be coincidence, not sure... but my driving style didn't change. 4x4 helps keep the strain off the rears alone.

Good to know thanks for the info, i drive mine like a mad man so ill probably take it a little easier now, ill have 6 adults including me loaded up for mud nats so it will definitely be loaded down, im gonna order some rhinos after we get back and recoup some money but for now stockers are just gonna have to work.

Being fully loaded will add to the likelihood of breaking one. Keep your foot out of the skinny pedal and you'll be okay for a little while.

Don't be afraid to get winched out, stay off skinny pedal, i am running 34s and super atv rhino axles, and all that, and i still break them! be careful! the turf mode is bad for the ranger 800s, keep it in 2wd or 4wd, that helps but if you mud ride your eventually going to break something.

Best advise... act like that thing doesn't even have a reverse gear! Low Forward only... ;-)

Only if this applies, don't let the 12 oz size liquid courage get too involved in the equation as it adds to the "break" factor including and not limited to axles :(
