Planning a trip to here in April. Anything good or bad about this place?

While I have not actually rode in Brimstone I have rode in the area many times and I have never heard anything but good about Brimstone trails. NE TN trials, Windrock, Royal Blue, Brimstone, are awesome and you won't ride all the trials in either on one trip.

If you don't have full coverage skid plates underneath you may look into that. My first trip to those parts destroyed my stock skid plate.

Although there are easy trails too, there are some very extreme trails at Brimstone. Ditto on the skid plates and use caution. I wouldn't recommend the extreme trails unless you are very experienced in mountainous terrain.....definitely not for noobies.
