Have you checked engine/transmission mounts as well as the exhaust springs and rubber mounting hangers?
The exhaust does get hot, but I do not remember seeing this problem posted before.
You may have a mount broken, putting it in a bind.
burning up exhaust headed
Have a 2013 xp900 limited edition ranger.I have burnd up 4 new headers in the last 5 month.they keep breaking the first bend after coming out of the head.

Try using mid-grade fuel. I have 4000 miles on my 2013 xp900 and have never had a heat problem, except the 1 time I used 87 octane. Could have been a coincidence I guess. But hey, might be worth a try. Good luck !:glee::encouragement:
